Sentro Botanikos

A must if you are traveling in Tagaytay and seeking a different experience from the usual bulalo cravings and eat-all-you-cans. Also an alternative to the healthy but bit pricey Sonya's Garden buffet (Note: Sentro Botanikos is located in the same area and less than a kilometer away). Homey atmosphere, farm views, fresh air, and organic food that's both vegetarian and vegan friendly Staff and owners are also friendly and accommodating. I've tried their sisig, lechon and chicken bbq (all veganized and tastes great) They also have freshly picked vegetables, condiments and spices for sale at friendly prices. Taste it to believe it! Keep feeding the people and planet good food and good vibes

They serve only Plant-Based food. The ambiance is very cozy and food is delectable (you wont notice that you are eating vegetarian even if you are not vegan)

Went on a Friday date with my husband one of the few hard to come by vegetarian restos in the Silang-Tagaytay area. A little challenging to find Sentro Botanikos at it is off the beaten path but we found it using Waze. We arrived past 6:30 pm and was directed to a non-descript, very unassuming structure that was well lighted. We were graciously accomodated even without a reservation. The food was fairly priced and despite the very simple and basic eclectic furniture, the food was served on surprisingly sophisticated plates and platters. We ordered their Crispy Shrooms, Paksiw na M'chon, Veggie Adobo, Kare-Kare. We did not have to wait too long for our food and they were all surprisingly tasty and pleasing to the palate. Would I recommend this resto? Definitely! Not a lot of vegetarian restos taste this good. Would I bother to make another trip to Buck Estate, Alfonso? You bet!!!

Excellent food in a quaint setting. The best vegetarian Bulalo and callos. Too bad they don’t have the eggplant bacon anymore. Reasonable prices.

Instead of going to the buffet at Sonya's Garden, your time and money will be better spent here at Sentro Botanikos, a vegetarian (menu is veganizable) restaurant. Drop your misconceptions about vegan food at the door 'cause you'll forget all about them once you try their offerings. What they lack in their unassuming exterior, they more than make up for with their delicious menu and cozy, quiet interior with eclectic accents. We liked all of the items we ordered: Bulalo, Adobo ni Lola, Mushroom Sisig, Crispy Kangkong, Paksiw M'chon, Sinigang, Kapinpin (pipino+pineapple shake), and Halo-halo, with the adobo, sinigang, and paksiw being the runaway hits. We're sure the rest of their menu is just as good, if not better, than what we've tried thus far. Price-wise, they're also relatively affordable. You can't go wrong with Sentro Botanikos if you're looking for a more compassionate [but still delicious] way to fill your tummy and satisfy cravings.

I really love the place, only that there were some orders they don't have because they ran out of supplies due to an event yesterday. But everything we ate was wonderful, and the service was kind and friendly.

I love the food! Highly recommend the pineapple cucumber shake. There's a b&b where you can stay overnight at an affordable rate. Please call in advance because they have events there.
